From Towers
One of the hardest parts of creating a world is naming everything. Sure, I could use existing place names but a fantasy world with places called Germany and France don't evoke the same kind of magic. The other danger is creating silly-sounding names. Sutherain has a cool sound to it, but Asolfais is too close to "asshole face" and, trust me, players will pick up on that!
I still need a better world name. I also want to design the shells of some languages.
This page is just a place for me to create and store lists of names of places, things, people, and so on.
Feel free to contribute and let me know which ones you think are the coolest or silly or sound too much like some real world place or some other word.
