These are the places of note within the Kingdom of Essonay.

Settlements
- Talienne
- The largest city in the towerland and the seat of power for King Rusland. His castle is here. Pop. 15,000.
- Corveyn
- This large town is the base of mining operations for the towerland. Pop. 2,600.
- Ansariu
- A smaller town outside of Talienne. Famous for its large market and many permanent craftspeople. Exports glass to other towerlands. Pop. 1,100.
- Bertethana
- A small farming village in the heart of Essonay. Pop. 850.
- Yondhomm
- Village home of Jerven Zeitsand, a famous retired general crippled decades ago in the Last War. Pop. 570.
- Bescurt
- Known mainly for the Five Spires Conservatory for the Arcane Arts. Pop. 350.
- Prulannsahd
- A tiny border community, existing primarily for the tower patrols and the Prulannor Tower, near the Galamonner Mountains.

Points of Interest
- Soulhenge
- A figure-eight of enormous monoliths on a large flat plateau. No one knows who built them and their purpose is only guessed at.
